Appeared in 14 games while earning the starting nod in nine contests... Finished the season batting .167... Made his first collegiate appearance as the designated hitter against Longwood (2/26)... Recorded his first career hit on the road in game two of a doubleheader at Norfolk State (3/6)... Recorded a career-high two hits against Central Connecticut (4/1) in which he was the team's starting third baseman... Knocked in his first career RBI on the road at Central Connecticut (5/21).
Before Wagner
Played high school ball at Toms River East under head coach Dan Dietrich… Was a 14-time High Honor Roll student and earned an academic letter upon graduation… In 2014, helped lead the Raiders to the Class A South Championship… Earned Defensive Player of the Year and was responsible for the game-winning two-run single in the bottom of the ninth to eliminate top-seeded Toms River North in 2014… Played for the New Jersey Mavericks during the summer in which they finished in second place in the Blue Chip tournament at Diamond Nation… Was named to the All-Star team in the JSBL League.
