Senior Season (2020): Appeared in four games as a pitcher… Finished with five strikeouts, allowed three walks and 11 hits in 7.2 innings played… Went 2-4 at the plate against Wright State with one RBI and one run scored.
Junior Season (2019): Second Team All-NEC as a designated player … Tossed a four hit shutout to lead Wagner past Purdue in the Seahawks’ season opener … Earned the second All-NEC selection of her three-year collegiate career … Recorded a walk-off triple in Wagner’s victory over Manhattan … Finished the 2019 season with 33 hits, 24 runs scored, and 17 RBIs on the year as well as a .273 overall batting average … Collected a .318 batting average in conference play … Named NEC Pitcher of the Week following her performance against Purdue.
Sophomore Season (2017-18): Made ten starts and had 19 total appearances as a sophomore … Finished with six hits and scored three runs … Delivered a pinch hit, two-run single to right center field in lifting the Seahawks a 2-0 lead in Wagner’s Senior Day victory over Robert Morris on April 29 … Also made six appearances as a pitcher, including one start, tossing 11 total innings and striking out three batters.
Freshman Season (2017): Named Second Team All-NEC as a freshman … Finished the regular season ranked 22nd in the NEC with a .312 average, while piling up 29 hits, nine runs, seven doubles, and 11 RBIs … Against league competition, the first-year Seahawk was third on the team with a .395 average on 15 hits and collected four doubles and seven RBIs … In 15 league games, Van Orman had a .452 on base percentage … Also pitched in 17 regular season games and one postseason game, starting five … Finished the season with a 2-2 record and one complete game… Against Rider, Van Orman combined with senior
