Junior Season (2017): Led the Seahawks with 11 wins and 124 innings pitched, including four wins in NEC play … Picked up a career-high 10 strikeouts in Wagner’s win over Fairleigh Dickinson on April 8 … Struck out 75 batters during on the season … Earned the win in Wagner’s first postseason victory since 2007 against Sacred Heart on May 11, throwing 5.1 innings and allowing three runs … Earned a complete game victory at Robert Morris on May 1 which clinched the Seahawks’ NEC playoff berth.

Sophomore Season (2016): Earned Northeast Conference (NEC) Pitcher of the Week honors after making four appearances at the Hatter Classic and pitching to a 1.52 ERA on the weekend … Went the distance in a 3-1 win over Bethune-Cookman University on the opening day of the tournament, striking out two batters and allowing just one run in 7.0 innings pitched … Started 20 games in the circle, finishing a team-high 14 of them … Second on the team with a 3.56 ERA … Struck out 102 batters, which led the Seahawks’ pitching staff by a wide margin.

Freshman Season (2015): Appeared in 12 games for the Seahawks, starting in the circle for four … Finished her freshman campaign 3-2-0 overall pitching 33.1 innings with a 5.88 Earned Run Average … Struck out 25 batters while only allowing 17 walks … Threw a complete game with a career-high six strikeouts in a single game against Saint’s Peters (Apr. 1) where the Seahawks won 2-0 … Struck out two or more batters on seven occasions.

Before Wagner: Four-year varsity member of the Verrado High School softball under head coach Rich Stringer….In 2011, she led her team to the State Championships….A three-time conference champion, in 2013, her team was a Top 8 State qualifier and in 2014, the team finished fourth in the State qualifier as Morgan compiled 25 wins in her senior season with a earned-run average of under two…Was named Team Most Valuable Player in 2014 along with being a two-time First Team All-State selection and a three-time First Team All-Section honoree…In the classroom, Morgan was four-year member of the Honor Roll and graduated in the Top 11% of her class.

Personal: Born in Scottsdale, AZ…Daughter of Monty and Robin….Her father played two years of collegiate baseball at Eastern Illinois University…Has two siblings, Hayden (14) and Dane (10)…Majoring in Biopsychology.
