2008 Season Senior speedster started in all 29 name games played...ranked in a tie for second on the team in field blocks with 10 on the year...was second on the team in total steals with 49...tallied a career high in goals with 16 while dishing out seven assists...named MAAC Defensive Player of the Week for the week of March 25...named to the MAAC All-Academic Team. 2007 Season Played in all 34 games starting three...Tacked on seven goals, 21 steals, and eight assists for the year...Also drew two ejections...Scored two goals in victory over Redlands (2/4). Bio/Personal Rodgers arrived on the Grymes Hill campus by way of Fullerton Junior College. The 2-meter defender is a former junior college teammate of current Seahawk senior Natasha Peterson. Rodgers will provide much needed depth at the 2-meter defense position for the Green & White. In addition to water polo, Rodgers swam during her time at Fullerton and was named Fullerton female athlete of the year in 2005-06. Sister (Kelsey) plays goalie currently at Fullerton. Attended Canyon high school where she swam and played water polo. Named swim team MVP on several occassions and received multiple coaches awards in water polo. Loves taking trips to Disney Land with teammate Natasha Peterson. Her favorite Disney character is Sleeping Beauty. Huge fan of Harry Potter and Hillary Duff no matter what anyone else thinks. Has memorable dreams where she rides unicorns near magical sparkling waterfalls. Plans to be a high school teacher and swim coach.
