2018 Senior Season

Started in 54 of the Seahawks’ 56 games, serving primarily as the team’s shortstop… One of three Seahawks to finish the season batting .300 or better (joining Phil Capra and Freddy Sabido)…Batted a career-best .307 for the season (2nd on the team, tenth in the Northeast Conference)… Posted a total OPS of .792, highlighted by a team-leading .412 on-base percentage (7th in the NEC)… Tied for second on the team in hits (63), walks (33) and stolen bases (9)… Connected on two home runs with 23 RBIs... Had 15 multi-hit games, which include five three-hit performances, the last coming at home against Sacred Heart (May 17)... Became the 12th member of the Wagner 200-hit club after going 4-for-5 in game one against the Pioneers (May 18)… Is one of seven players in program history to play in 200 or more games… Finished the season batting .352 against left-handed pitching (19-for-54)… CONFERENCE ONLY: Batted .363 with a total OPS of .888, highlighted by a team-best .476 on-base percentage… Produced 37 hits during league only contests (second on the team/tied for fifth in the NEC)…. Batted a team-high .484 against left-handed NEC hurlers while connecting at a .333 clip with runners in scoring position in league only games.

2017 Junior Season

Started in 49 games for the Seahawks in 2017 as the Green & White’s primary shortstop… Batted .303 overall with 56 hits, third-most on the Wagner squad… Had nine doubles on the season, good for fourth on the team… Swatted five home runs, tying him with teammate Kyle Cala for fourth on the team… Drove in 27 RBIs… Had a total OPS of .848, slugging .454 on the season… Stole 11 bases on the season, third most on the team… Finished the season with 17 multiple hit games, tying for the team lead with teammates Anthony Godino and Phil Capra… Had 14 two-hit games, the most on the team… Has reached base safely in 21 straight games, a mark he will bring into the 2018 season… Against Grambling (2/24) at the Mardi Gras Invitational, tied his career-high with four RBIs as he first accomplished the feat back on May 3, 2015 at Mount St. Mary’s… Stole a career-high four bases on the road against Mount St. Mary’s (5/18)… Was a .323 hitter against left-handed pitchers while connecting with two outs at a .309 clip… Drew a career and season-high four walks at home in the second game of the doubleheader against Central Connecticut (5/14)… CONFERENCE ONLY: Played 24 league games… Batted .298 with 25 hits and scored 26 runs… Had two home runs and 19 RBIs in league-only tilts… Posted a .306 batting average against left-handed pitchers during conference play… Posted a total OPS of .873 during the NEC-season, with an on-base percentage of .444…Drew 19 walks in league action… Was 8-of-9 in stolen base opportunities. 

2016 Sophomore Season

Lone Seahawk to play in all 52 games in 2016... Made 44 starts at the hot corner, five at shortstop and three at second base... Finished the year with a .271 batting average (48-for-177) while primarily hitting in the bottom third of the lineup... Scored 29 runs (second on the team) while hitting a home run and driving in 14 RBIs... Posted a .653 OBS in which he had an on-base percentage of .342... Drew 16 walks on the season (tied for fourth on the team)... Notched a season-high six game hit streak (3/24 through 4/1)... Batted .333 (10-for-30) over the final team games of the season, while scoring six runs and driving in three RBIs... Finished fourth in the NEC in sacrifice bunts with 7 and in conference games only, was eighth in assists with 66.

2015 Freshman Season

Appeared in 45 games while making 42 starts at third base… Batted .261 (37-for-142) with four doubles and 20 RBIs… Recorded his first two collegiate hits on the road at Villanova (3/15)… Had a career-high four hits at Mount St. Mary’s (5/3) in which he went 4-for-6 with two runs scored, a career-best four RBIs and a double… With runners in scoring position, he batted .283 (15-for-53) with all his season RBIs coming out of this situation.

Played his prep ball at the Salesianum School (DE) under the direction of Ted Godfrey … Earned two varsity letters … Helped the Sallies to a 12-6 record as a senior in 2014 and a 10-8 mark as a junior in 2013 … Tri-captain as a senior while earning Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Second Team honors … Appeared in the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Top 100 Showcase event … Also lettered in soccer, helping Salesianum to a State Championship and a No. 2 national ranking  … Participated on the U17 All Star Baseball Academy Prospects Team under Creighton Gubanich … Graduated with Second Honors after posting a 3.0 GPA.

Born on February 9, 1996 … Has two siblings: Courtney and Jonathan…Courtney participated in track & field at Holy Cross from 2005-2009 while Jonathan was a member of the Saint Joseph’s track & field team from 2009-2013 …Majoring in Mathematics at Wagner.
