Saw action in 53 games, averaging 1.13 kills per game, on .107 hitting, with 0.70 blocks per game, which ranked second on the team ... Recorded a career-high 10 kills, on .286 hitting, with four digs and two blocks in win at SFNY (9/8) ... Had seven kills, on .267 hitting, at Lehigh (9/11) and seven more vs. Lehigh (9/13) ... Recorded a career-best four blocks at Colgate (9/15) and at SFPA (10/21) ... Also had six kills vs. the Red Flash ... Notched five kills, on .364 hitting, in win over SFNY (10/27) ... Hit .500 with five kills at Lafayette (10/24) ... Had four kills, on .571 hitting, with three blocks vs. Central Arkansas (9/14) ... Also a standout in the classroom as she earned a spot on the Northeast Conference (NEC) Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2006 Freshman Season
Played in 58 games, averaging 0.67 kills per game, 0.91 digs per game to go along with 16 blocks, seven aces and five assists ... Notched six kills, on .286 hitting, with seven digs vs. UMES (11/3) ... Her 12 digs vs. Quinnipiac (10/22) were a career-high ... Recorded four kills and eight digs in thrilling five-set win at Sacred Heart (10/29) ... Also had four kills vs. Providence (9/23), at Morgan State (10/8) and at CCSU (10/28).
Scholastic / Personal:
Played her prep volleyball at Monroe-Woodbury under the direction of Coach Wright ... Earned three letters in volleyball ... Won team MVP honors as a senior ... Played in the Open Women's Volleyball tournament at the Empire State Games ... Also earned four letters in track and three in basketball ... Helped guide the Crusaders to three straight Section IX track championships ... Defensive Player of the Year in basketball as a senior ... Strong leader as she was named captain of the volleyball and basketball teams her senior year ... Graduated in the top three percent of her senior class (550 students) ...
