Was seventh in 19:46 at the 5K Father O'Neil Invitational (10/13) while helping Wagner to the team title ... Notched a season-best mark of 19:43.25 at the 5K Ted Owens Invitational (9/22), finishing 40th ... Was 54th (20:43.60) at the 5K METS Championship (10/5) and 104th (20:53.4) at the 5K Nassaney Memorial Race (9/8) ... Garnered inclusion on the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2011 Sophomore Season
Had a breakout season, emerging as the team’s No. 2 runner … Competed in six races … Was second on the team and 41st overall (20:18.90) at the 5K NEC Championship (10/29) … At the 5K Father O’Neil Invitational, was the second Wagner finisher in taking seventh (20:03) … Placed 42nd (19:58) at the 5K METS Championship (10/7) … Finished the 5K Ted Owen Invitational (9/24) in 19:47, good for a 27th-place finish … Began the season by placing 29th (16:17.3) at the 4K Monmouth Quad (9/3) ... Garnered inclusion on the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2010 Freshman Season
Team MVP ... Competed in six races ... Placed third on the team and 53rd overall in a season-best 19:52.0 at the 5K NEC Championship (10/30) ... Began the season at the 4K Monmouth XC Kick-Off (9/4), finishing 22nd in 15:55.2 ... One week later, placed sixth in 20:15 at the 5K Fairfield Invitational (9/11) ... Was 38th in 20:15 at the 5K Ted Owen Invitational (9/25) ... Placed 75th in 21:14 at the 6K METS Championship (10/8).

Scholastic / Personal:
Attended St. John Villa Academy, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Mike Proffitt … Earned four letters in cross country and track & field … As a junior, was named to the Second Team at the annual Staten Island Cross Country Coaches All-Star Dinner … On the track, helped the Bears to three-straight Sectional Championships, two-straight Staten Island Championships and one Intersectional Title… Also helped St. John Villa to a victory at the Mayor’s Cup Championship, winning the 3000 meter run in meet-record time (10:38.47) … Won the 800 meters at the NYCHSAA Championships in a personal-best 2:21.04 … Won the the 1500 meters at the Staten Island Championship with a personal-best time of 4:59.38 while also claiming the 3000-meter title … Has one brother Michael (25) … Born on May 8, 1992 … Graduated with a 89 percent average … Is majoring in pyschology at Wagner.
