Biography

Sophomore Season (2009-2010): Helped Wagner earn Third-Team All-NEC recognition with her contribution in the Seahawks’ 200 medley relay ... ranks among the top-16 times in the 50, 100 and 200 backstrokes ... also among the top-eight the NEC’s Championship results in the 100 and 200 backstroke.

Freshman Season (2008-2009): Ranked second on the team in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:11.40 … third on the squad in the 100 backstroke and 200 individual medley with respective times of 1:01.15 and 2:18.00 … finished in the top five for the Seahawks in the 100 butterfly, clocking in at 1:07.36 at NJIT … also swam to a third-place finish in the 200 freestyle (2:05.91) at Saint Peter’s.

Before Wagner: Hails from Staten Island, NY, where she attended Notre Dame Academy … swam four varsity years under coach Cheryl Gwizdalowski … helped her team in winning the CHSAA championships her senior year … was a three-time Advance All-Star honoree and MVS of Championship meet … a member of the Hillside Swim Team.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Patty Sweeney … has two siblings, PJ and Timmy.
