2007-2008 Indoor: Captured the best time for the Seahawks in the 1 mile run with a 5:20.21 performance at the NEC Championships (2/10)...led the team in the 3000m run with a time of 10:24.72 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/18). Outdoor: A key element in the record breaking 4x800 and Distance Medley Relay teams…ran a Seahawk best 4:41.33 in the 1500m run at the METS Championships (4/19)…led the team in the 3000m and 5000m run with 10:28.26 and 17:44.70 times, respectively…ranked second on the team in the 800m run with a 2:21.75 performance at Coastal Carolina (3/22).  2005-2006: Part of a 4x800 relay team that took second at the NYC Gotham Cup (12/11)...Grabbed fifth place in the mile run at METS Championships (2/4)...Also was fifth in the mile at the NEC indoor championships (2/11)...Landed in second place at the NYU Fastrack Invitational as part of the distance medley relay team...Part of a 12th place 4x800 team at the Penn Relays (4/29) Personal: Competed in track and field and cross country at Del Oro High School under coach Jake Hardey...Named Del Oro High School Athlete of the year (2005), track and field MVP (2005), and cross country MVP (2004)...Triple League Champion in 800 meters, 1600 meters, and 3200 meters.
