2021 Sophomore Season
Appeared in 32 games while earning the start in 23 contests... Primarily saw action at second and third base... Batted .284 on the season (23 of 81)... Scored 14 runs... Drove in seven RBI.... Recorded seven steals... Produced an on-base percentage of .414... Had five mult-hit games, highlighted by a three hit performance at Fairleigh Dickinson (Apr. 20), in which he went 3 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI.

2020 Freshman Season
Played in five games while earning the start in three contests... Made his Seahawk debut at Rutgers (2/25/20).... Drove in his first collegiate RBI in that contest... Record his first career at Richmond (2/29/20) in a 1 for 3 performance... Knocked in a career-high two RBI against the Spiders. 

Before Wagner: A two-year member of the varsity baseball team at Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL... Posted spectacular senior campaign, batting .352 with a .493 OBP and .518 SLG while scoring 21 runs, plating 13 of his own, stealing eight bases and striking out just seven times in 72 plate appearances for the 2019 Florida 6A State Champions… son of Kimberly and Robert Valdez… one of four children: Jordan, Jaycie and Emmie…an intended psychology major and music minor at Wagner.
