Before Wagner: Graduated from CSI High School/McCown after transferring from St. Joseph Hill High School. Cross Country (CSIM) Ran in four meets. At the 2018 Staten Island Borough Championship, she placed 26th with a time of 23:49. Cross Country (St. Joseph Hill) Served as team captain her junior season. Was named team MVP in her third year. Set a personal-best in her junior season, clocking in at 20:22.3 at the Manhattan High School Invitational (10/14). At the Staten Island Championships (10/22/16), in her sophomore season, she ran a personal-best in the 5,000 Meters with a time of 25:40.0. In her freshman year, she placed sixth overall at the NYC Cross Country Carnival in the 1,500 meters, with a time of 7:17.1. In the classroom, at St. Joseph Hill, was a three-time Honor Roll selection. She graduated CSIM, Summa Cum Laude. On the track, she helped St. Joseph Hill's DMR squad win the CHSAA Cities. Individually, she placed fourth in the triple-jump. Cascio is the daughter of Michele and John Cascio, and has one sibling, Michael.
