STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Wagner women's tennis will begin their fall season on Friday, Sept. 25 at the NEC Individuals in Vestal, New York. Binghamton will host the tournament at the Lane - Starke Tennis Center. This will be the first event for Wagner under new head coach Andy Goveia. 

The Seahawks are coming off their second straight appearance in the NEC Semifinals, having been eliminated by No. 1 seed FDU to end the 2026 season.

Junior Victoria Madail returns to Grymes Hill as an All-NEC First Team performer, the first in program history since the NEC changed to a team-based championship bracket in 1998. Junior Liepa Sataite also earned a spot on the NEC All-Tournament team last season.

The Seahawks return all but one player from last season's team, including Madail and Sataite and added sophomore transfer Sofia Benhaddouch from Queens University (N.C.).
