STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Wagner women's soccer team has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring 18 games, including eight contests on Hameline Field.

The Seahawks kick off the 2026 slate with a pair of home games against Rider (Thu. Aug. 13) and Monmouth (Sun. Aug. 16). Wagner then hits the road to Riverdale, N.Y., for a meeting with Metro Conference member Manhattan on Sunday, Aug. 23.

The following week, the Green & White head to Easton, Pennsylvania, to face Lafayette on Sunday, Aug. 30. Wagner then returns home to host NJIT on Thursday, Sept. 3, before closing out non-conference play with a three-game road swing at UMBC (Sun. Sept. 6), Seton Hall (Thu. Sept. 10), and Saint Joseph's (Sun. Sept. 13).

The defending NEC Champions open conference play with a pair of home matches atop Grymes Hill, beginning with a rematch of the 2025 NEC Championship against CCSU on Sunday, Sept. 20, before hosting Howard on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Wagner opens the month of October on the road against New Haven on Thursday, Oct. 1, before returning to Staten Island to host Stonehill on Sunday, Oct. 4, in its lone home match of the month. Following the matchup with the Skyhawks, the Seahawks open a four-game road stretch, taking on LIU (Sun. Oct. 11), FDU (Thu. Oct. 15), Chicago State (Sun. Oct. 25), and Mercyhurst (Thu. Oct. 29).

The Seahawks conclude the regular season with a pair of home conference matches, facing Le Moyne on Sunday, Nov. 1, before welcoming Delaware State on Sunday, Nov. 8.

The 2026 NEC Tournament will feature the top four teams in the standings, with the games hosted by the top remaining seeds. The semifinal round is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12, and the championship game is set for Sunday, Nov. 15, with the winner earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

The upcoming season will be head coach Fred King's first at the helm of the Seahawks. Wagner returns 20 players from a season ago, including four All-NEC performers: junior defender Hailey Knapp, senior midfielder Alana Goldsmith, sophomore forward Riley Frederick, and junior goalkeeper Abigail Marcello.
