EDISON, N.J. – Ten members of the Wagner women's water polo team were named to the 2026 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Water Polo All-Academic Team, as announced today by the league office.
A total of 94 student-athletes from across the conference earned the honor. To qualify for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

- Maria Matamala Román, So., Psychology

- Maggie Pike, Sr., Sociology
- Sarah Potter, Jr., Accounting
- Maylen Sampedro Tarela, Jr., Psychology and Computer Science
The Seahawks will now turn their attention to postseason play as they compete in the 2026 MAAC Championship this weekend.
