Bridgewater, NJ - The Wagner College men's basketball, field hockey, softball, women's golf, and men's indoor and outdoor track and field teams earned the Northeast Conference (NEC) Team GPA Award, the conference announced on Friday afternoon. 

AS a department, the Seahawks posted a 3.362 GPA, third-highest in the NEC. Wagner's six Team GPA winners was tied for first with LIU.
The men's track & field team takes home the award for the first time since 2021 as the women's golf team also earns this honor for the first time since 2017.

The track and field teams posted a 3.346 GPA while the women's golf team earned a 3.791 GPA. The Wagner Indoor squad earned its fourth consecutive NEC crown this past season.

The men's basketball team earns this honor after posting a 3.413 after its history run to the NCAA Tournament.

The Wagner field hockey team earned this honor for the first time in its short history with a 3.699 GPA, the Seahawks made history during the 2023 season with its first-ever postseason win.

The Wagner softball team earned this honor for the first time in program history after earning a 3.625 GPA.
