STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Baseball
- Coming off an NEC series sweep of Le Moyne, the Seahawks travel to Fordham on Wednesday, March 25 for a 3 p.m. matchup with the Rams.
- From there, Wagner hits the road for the weekend, taking on NEC newcomer New Haven for a weekend series starting with a 3 p.m. game on Friday, March 27 and wrapping up on Sunday, March 29 with a 1 p.m. game.
Men's Lacrosse
- Wagner hosts NEC member Mercyhurst for the Seahawks' third conference game of the 2026 season.
- The Seahawks-Lakers matchup is set for Saturday, March 28 at noon on Hameline Field.
Men's Tennis
- The Seahawks have two conference matches on the docket for this week. Starting with a neutral-site match against Chicago State on Friday, March 27. First serve is set for 4:30 p.m. in New Haven, CT.
- Then, Wagner will host Stonehill at the CSI Tennis Courts on Saturday, March 28, which will start at 7 p.m.
Men's Track & Field
- Coming off a strong team performance at Richmond's Fred Hardy Invitational, Wagner heads to the Monmouth Home opener, beginning Friday, March 27.
- Held at Kessler Stadium in West Long Branch, New Jersey, the meet will wrap up Saturday, March 28.
Softball
- Wagner will kick off a seven-game homestand this week, starting with a doubleheader against Stony Brook on Tuesday, March 24 at 1 p.m., with game two set to start at approximately 3 p.m.
- The next set of games will be a doubleheader against Iona on Thursday, March 26. Game one will start at 2 p.m., and game two will start approximately at 4 p.m.
- Finally, the Seahawks will play their first conference series at the Wagner Softball Field against New Haven. Wagner starts with a doubleheader on Saturday, March 28, with games at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., then the Green & White finish the series on Sunday, March 29 at 12 p.m.
Women's Golf
- Wagner will begin its 2026 spring slate this weekend at The Intercollegiate at Prospect Bay in Grasonville, Maryland. The Seahawks will compete in the three round, two-day tournament on Saturday, March 28 and conclude on Sunday, March 29 at the Prospect Bay Country Club.
Women's Lacrosse
- The Seahawks travel to the defending conference champions LIU Sharks for a 3 p.m. start on Wednesday, March 25 at Shark Stadium.
- On Saturday, March 28, Wagner heads upstate to Le Moyne for an 11 a.m. start on Ted Grant Field.
Women's Tennis
- The Seahawks will travel to Teaneck, NJ and take on Chicago State for their only match of the week on Sunday, March 29. The start time for the match will be determined.
Women's Track & Field
-A week after competing in Richmond's Fred Hardy Invitational as the team's second meet of the season, the Seahawks compete Friday, March 27 at the Monmouth Home Opener.
- Hosted in Kessler Stadium, the meet will conclude on Saturday, March 28.
Women's Water Polo
- The Seahawks will continue Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play next weekend at the VMI-MAAC Showcase in Lexington, Virginia.
- Wagner opens the weekend on Saturday, March 28, with an early matchup against Virginia Military Institute at 8:00 a.m., followed by an afternoon contest against Mount St. Mary's (Md.) at 2:00 p.m.
- The Seahawks close out the showcase on Sunday, March 29, taking on Iona at 12:30 p.m. at the VMI Aquatic Center.
