Staten Island, NY | Bethlehem, PA - The Wagner College women's tennis team competed against FDU and Temple over the weekend. The Seahawks fell to the Knights on Friday with a score of 1-6, before dropping their dual match against the Owls with a score of 1-5 on Sunday.

In doubles play against FDU, both matches were lost by scores of 2-6 and 1-6. 

In singles, senior Tara Dakic earned the lone victory for the Seahawks with a score of 7-6, 6-3. 

Senior Gabrielle Perraudin battled in her singles match by forcing a third set, but would fall by a score of 2-6, 7-6, 5-7. 

On Sunday, all three doubles matches were dropped with a score of 6-3, 6-1, 6-1. 

Dakic secured Wagner's only win against Temple with a score of 6-3, 6-4. 

Next up, the Seahawks will host Binghamton on Friday, March 15.
