Baltimore, MD - The Wagner College women's tennis team defeated Morgan State Sunday, March 17 with a score of 4-3. 


In doubles, freshman Dariana Vera and sophomore Samantha Bentsianov earned the first win for the Seahawks with a score of 6-3. 


In singles, senior Gabrielle Perraudin defeated Morgan States Lauryn Hall with a score of 6-1, 6-0 before senior Tara Dakic earned her first win of the day with a score of 5-1. Junior Paula Ysabelle Uy defeated Hannah Smith of Morgan state with a score of 2-1. 


Vera also won her singles match leading the Seahawks to a 4-3 victory.
