Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College Women's tennis team fell to Sacred Heart Sunday, February 19 at the College of Staten Island (CSI) indoor tennis courts. 

In doubles, seniors Gabrielle Perraudin and Tara Dakic fell to the Pioneers in a close match with a score of 6-7. The Seahawks dropped the next two doubles matches. 

In singles, junior Paula Ysabelle Uy dropped her first match against Sacred Heart's Flavia Rambaldi with a score of 4-6, 3-6. Junior Jade Schoenfield, sophomore Samantha Bentsianov and freshman Dariana Vera also dropped their singles matches. 

Next time out, the Seahawks will host Norfolk State on Saturday, February 24 at the CSI indoor tennis courts.
