West Long Branch, NJ - The Wagner College women's tennis team fell to Monmouth this Friday, on September 22.
In doubles competition, Perraudin and freshman Dariana Vera defeated Brezanin and Madison Mills of Monmouth (6-2). Wagner dropped the two other doubles matches.
In singles play, senior Gabrielle Perraudin secured a win for Wagner against Lana Brezanin (6-3, 6-2). The Seahawks would drop the next five matches.
The Seahawks lost with a score of 6-1.
Next up, the Seahawks will compete in the ITA Regionals hosted by Columbia on Friday, October 6.
