Women's Golf Places Eighth At NEC Championships

Daytona Beach, FL - The Wagner women's golf team finished its spring season with an eighth place finish at the NEC Championships at the LPGA International.

Graduate student Audrey Paradis led the way for the Seahawks during round three with a 78 (+6). She finished the three-day event shooting a 244 (+28), allowing her to crack the top-30 at 29th in the overall leaderboard. 

Sophomore Ximena de la Garza finished T-32nd after shooting an 83 (+11) in round three. Fellow sophomore Aisha Rodriguez finished T-37th with an overall 252 (+36).

Rounding out the Seahawk golfers was sophomore Elise Fujita, who finished T-41st with an overall 255 (+39). Freshman Lillian McNally (+25) replaced freshman Emma Shelby on the final day.
