Grasonville, MD - The Wagner women's golf team competed at the Women's Intercollegiate this weekend, finishing in 14th place. The team shot a 326 (+38) on day one and a 341 (+53) on day two.
Graduate student Audrey Pardis led the way for the Seahawks on both days at Prospect Bay Country Club, finishing in eighth place overall. She was tied at the top of the overall leaderboard after the first 18 holes, finishing with a 72 (E). On day two Paradis shot an 80 (+8).
Sophomore Aisha Rodriguez placed second among Wagner golfers, finishing with a 168 (+24). She shot an 86 (+14) in round one and improved to an 82 (+10) in the second round.Â
Sophomores Elise Fujita (+31), Ximena de la Garza (+32) and freshman Emma Shelby (+32) all finished within a stroke of each other.
Rounding out the Wagner competitors was freshman Lillian McNally, who shot a 182 (+38).
Next up for the Seahawks is the St. John's Spring Invitational at the Saint Andrew's Golf Club on Monday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 11.
