th nationally.

Wagner is 2-1 at home on the season after victories over Molloy and NJIT. The Seahawks are 10-5 at the Spiro Sports Center under head coach

Council Continues To Impress
Junior
Melvin Council Jr. continues to be Wagner's leading scorer with 12.7 points per game on the season. Council has scored in double figures in six of Wagner's last seven games and has dished out nine assists in his last two games. Council enters the final week of non-conference action eighth in the Northeast Conference (NEC) in scoring.
The Series
This marks the second consecutive season the Seahawks and Griffins meet on the hardwood. Last season, Wagner outscored Gwynedd Mercy 54-23 in the second half to earn an 89-55 win in the Seahawks' final non-conference game of the season.
Scouting The Griffins
Gwynedd Mercy enters Friday's matchup with a 5-6 overall record after most recently earning a 73-69 victory over Saint Elizabeth. The Griffins are 1-3 on the road this season.
