Hempstead, NY - The Wagner College men's tennis team traveled to Hempstead, NY to compete in the Hofstra Invitational, from Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1.  

Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and Long Island University (LIU) were both in attendance for the invitational. 

The duo of David Krasner and Rodrigo Perez defeated Hofstra's Arjun Sriram and Joshua Oboniye in doubles competition, 6-3.

Also in doubles play, Sophomore Sebatian Dobson and freshman Naseem Rahman defeated Andrew Nicolae and Asaf Schwartz of FDU, 6-4. 

In singles, Krasner defeated both FDU and LIU's #1 competitor, to go undefeated on the day. 

Next up, the Seahawks will head to Philadelphia, PA to compete in the ITA Regionals Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7.
