Annapolis, MD - The Wagner women's golf team competed at the Navy Invitational this weekend, finishing in 15th place.

Junior Ximena de la Garza led the pack with a T-35th place finish. Across two rounds, De la Garza accumulated a score of 160 (+16), shooting an 81 (+9) on day one and a 79 (+7) on day two.

Fellow junior Elise Fujita slotted in second among Wagner golfers, finishing in a tie for 63rd place. Fujita shot a 168 (+24) over the weekend. 

Rounding out the Seahawk golfers were sophomores Lillian McNally, Josephine Sawyer and Rileigh Leighton. McNally shot a 180 (+36), Sawyer shot a 185 (+41), and Leighton shot a 189 (+45).

Wagner will be back in action on Saturday, October 14 at Eagle Ridge Golf Club for the Monmouth Fall Hawk Invitational.
