Staten Island, NY - The Wagner women's basketball team looks for the season split when they play host the St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers on Sunday afternoon. 

Wagner will look for their tenth straight home victory over SFBK. The last time the Green & White was defeated on Grymes Hill by the Terriers was back on January 12, 2013, where St. Francis Brooklyn earned a 72-66 win. 
WAGNER ATHLETICS SPECTATOR POLICY...
  • In accordance with New York State and New York City guidelines the Wagner College Athletic Department has announced the following spectator policy for all indoor athletic competitions:
  • All guests will be required to wear masks
  • All guests over 11 years old must show proof of vaccination 
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a vaccinated adult
  • Physical tickets must be picked up on game day (can still be purchased and reserved in advance)

SERIES BREAKDOWN AGAINST ST. FRANCIS BROOKLYN...
  • Wagner holds a 64-23 edge in the head-to-head matchup. 
  • The Seahawks are 6-4 in their last ten games against SFBK.

SCOUTING THE TERRIERS...
  • The Terriers will look for the season sweep of the Seahawks, as they enter play with a 10-7 overall record and 6-3 mark in the league.
  • It would be the first time since the 2006-07 season in which the Terriers would have taken the season series from Wagner, as they defeated the Green & White on Jan. 20, 2007 on Staten Island (52-44) and again on February 22 in Brooklyn Heights (61-47).
  • SFBK defeated Sacred Heart, 63-37, on Thursday evening. Fruzsina Horvath and Nevena Dimitrijevic each finished in double-figures, with Horvath netting 16 points and a team-high six rebounds. Dimitrijevic finished with 11 points and six assists.

  • In Wagner's 11 wins this season, the Seahawks have outscored their opponents by 11.5 points per game (62.4 - 50.8). 
  • The Seahawks are shooting 43.2% from the field and 38.6 percent from the outside while allowing their opponents to hit on only 20.4 percent from three-point range (41 of 201).

  • Senior forward Emilija Krista Grava became the 25th member of the 1,000 point club on November 28 against New Hampshire.
  • Krista Grava, who recorded the milestone feat with 59.2 seconds showing on the clock in the second quarter, finished the game with 11 points while also grabbing five rebounds.
