Opening Statement…
- "Today, we didn't perform well in the traditional matches. Missed some chances and our team spare shooting wasn't where we wanted it to be. It will be something will focus on at practice this week."
Team's play in Baker matches…
- "We were able to make the adjustments, from a equipment and lineup perspective. We saw the benefits of that as our per game average went from 163 in traditional to 188.8 in Baker.
- "We put Anelise (Terrano) in as anchor for the first time and she performed well, filling 19 straight frames and leaving just one open.
- "We used a lineup of mixing in all six bowlers and were very solid against Saint Thomas Aquinas and LIU.
- "To pick up two conference wins in the first two days of the program is truly a remarkable feat."
Looking ahead to NEC #1…The expectations and feelings for your first conference meet.
- "This is the true test. The next two weeks are conference meets. Based on the team's performance over the last two days, I think we will do better than expected."
