Women’s Bowling Wraps Up First of Two NEC Meets

MOUNT JOY, Pa. — Wagner competed in NEC Meet 1 over the weekend, the first of a pair of meets hosted by the conference across the 2025-2026 season.

Senior Samantha McDermott bowled a 211 individual score against Niagara. Joining McDermott above 200 was freshman Morgan Traver, who bowled a 217 score against Duquesne. Sophomore Rebekah Newman was close behind, logging a 198 score against LIU in game three.

Moving into Baker-style games, the team's highest score was a 189 against LIU. Wagner's best series was a 753 score in match four against the Sharks.

Next up, the team returns back to Mount Joy, Pennsylvania and Clearview Lanes for the Mount Shootout, hosted by Mount Saint Mary's, beginning Friday, Feb. 6 and ending Sunday, Feb. 8.
