STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Ian Parisi has been named the new head coach of the Wagner College women's bowling program, Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Walt Hameline announced on Monday.
Parisi arrives on Grymes Hill after serving as the head coach at Molloy University for the past five seasons, where he compiled more than 200 NCAA head coaching victories and guided the Lions to two conference championship appearances. Prior to taking over the program in 2021, Parisi spent two seasons as Molloy's assistant coach from 2016-18, coordinating administrative responsibilities that included travel logistics and equipment budgeting while assisting with on-lane instruction and the development of the team's student-athletes.
A Silver Level Coach through the United States Bowling Congress, Parisi has extensive experience serving the sport at the national level. Parisi completed a four-championship-cycle term on the NCAA Women's Bowling National Championship Committee. Parisi competed collegiately at St. John's University from 2013-16, earning National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association Academic All-America honors throughout his career. He was named the Eastern Intercollegiate Bowling Conference Most Valuable Player in 2014 before earning his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. Parisi obtained his Master of Business Administration from Molloy University in 2024.

The Seahawks schedule for the 2026-27 athletics season will be announced at a later date.
