Smithfield, RI -  The Wagner College women's soccer team will look for the split of its weekend Northeast Conference (NEC) road trip through New England, as the Seahawks square off against Bryant on Sunday afternoon.
 
 
LAST TIME OUT FOR WAGNER: 
  • Central Connecticut's Roma McLaughlin netted two goals in Friday's contest as the Seahawks were blanked by a 3-0 count.
  • Ashley Wright added the final score for the Blue Devils.
  • Wagner's first chance came in the 35th minute as Mariana Jaramillo was able to fire off an attempt but was denied by CCSU's goalkeeper, Amanda McQuillan.
  • Junior forward Mya Donnelly led the way for the Seahawks with two shots in the match while classmate Lindsay Weiss and Jaramillo each had a shot on target.
 
 
SERIES HISTORY:
  • Sunday's contest is the 12th all-time meeting between the two programs with the Bulldogs holding a 7-2-2 edge in the series.
  • Wagner will look to halt a four-match losing streak to Bryant, with the Seahawks last earning a win back on October 25, 2013, a 4-3 double overtime triumph in Smithfield, RI.
 
 
ABOUT BRYANT:  
  • The Bulldogs enter play with a 5-3-3 overall record and are unbeaten in conference tilts with a 3-0-2 mark.
  • In Bryant's last contest, back on October 6, Eleni Spiratos scored in the 69' minute to tie the match against Mount St. Mary's as the two squads played to a 1-1 draw.
  • Eight different Bulldogs have scored this season with Amanda Spitaieri and Remi Manna tied for the team lead with three goals and eight points.
  • Allison Guilmette has dished out a team-high three assists in 11 matches this season for the Bulldogs.
  • Meghan Dalton has allowed ten goals this season in posting a 0.94 GAA while recording a .823 save percentage in stopping 51 shots.
  • Dalton ranks second in goals against average and fourth in save percentage.
