Durham, NC – The Wagner baseball team dropped game one of Sunday's doubleheader against the North Carolina Central University Eagles, 12-3.  Both teams, who will conclude their three-game series in game two of today's twinbill, are now 1-1 on the season.

The Seahawks took a 1-0 lead to open the contest. Senior 2B Nick Mascelli led off the game with a double down the right field line. Second-year designated hitter Freddy Sabido then reached on a fielder's choice, which allowed Mascelli to score.
