Holmdel Park, NJ- The Wagner women's cross country team placed sixth at the 22nd Annual Monmouth University Invitational, ran at Holmdel Park on Saturday morning.
Leading the way for the Green & White at the meet was freshman
Sara Carney (Staten Island, NY/St. Joseph Hill) as she crossed the finish line with a time of 21:05.9 while placing among the top-20 runners.

Allison Santorelli (Staten Island, NY/Tottenville) placed 23rd in the event with a time of 21:45.8
The Seahawks will travel to New Britain, CT on September 24 as they participate in the Ted Owen Invitational, hosted by fellow Northeast Conference (NEC) member, Central Connecticut. Â
