Baltimore, MD – The Wagner men's basketball team begins a two-game road trip beginning this afternoon as the Seahawks travel to Baltimore, MD to square off against the Morgan State University Bears.
The Green & White are looking to end a season-high three-game losing streak after falling at home on Tuesday night to former Northeast Conference (NEC) and current Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) member, Monmouth, 81-71. Wagner had three players in double-figures, led by senior guard
Michael Carey's (Nassau, Bahamas / Lamar Consolidated / San Jacinto College) 17th career double-double, who finished with a team-best 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Morgan State enters the contest looking for back-to-back wins after earning an 85-82 double overtime victory over MAAC member, Manhattan on Tuesday evening. Series History: Saturday's contest is just the second all-time meeting between the schools with Wagner taking last season's meeting, 62-61, thanks to
