Postseason NotesLive TweetingLive VideoStaten Island, NY – The #18 Wagner (25-8, 10-2 MAAC) women's water polo team fresh off its second consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship is set to square-off with #9 Princeton (29-3, 9-1 CWPA) in a 2015 NCAA Tournament Play-In Game.
The contest is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2 on the campus of Princeton University at DeNunzio Pool and will be live streamed

The Seahawks enter the game as winners of their last four with the Tigers taking their last seven games.
Wagner bested Marist 10-8 to claim their second consecutive MAAC Title to receive an automatic bid into the 2015 NCAA Women's Water Polo Tournament's field of ten. Princeton defeated defending Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Champions Indiana in a thrilling 7-6 contest to nab the CWPA's automatic bid.
Wagner and Princeton faced-off earlier in the season at the Bucknell Invitational as the
Tigers edged out the Seahawks 9-6. The game was a tight battle with the Green & White playing even with Princeton after falling behind three goals in the first quarter.
The winner of Saturday's game will advance to the field of eight and square-off with #2 Stanford.
Wagner has been led by a potent offensive attack posting a goals per game average of 12.88 on the season. The offense is led by MAAC Offensive Player of the Year
Jess Lundgren (Queensland, Australia, Mountain Creek) who now leads the conference in both points and goals with an astonishing 173 points through 33 games as she has found the back of the net 115 times. Lundgren's 115 goal output ties the Wagner water polo program record for goals in a single season which was set by senior
Jessica Burdge (Stockton, CA. St. Mary's) during the 2013 season.
Burdge finished third on the team in scoring as she recorded 91 points on her way to an All-MAAC First Team selection. Junior center
Lily Doerfler (Annapolis, MD/ Broadneck) earned All-MAAC First Team recognition after rattling the cage for 61 scores on the year.
Junior attacker
Megan Rodriguez (Danville, CA/ San Ramon Valley) was named the MAAC Tournament Most Valuable Player after totaling seven goals and six assists in the Seahawks two tournament games. The California native earned All-MAAC Second Team honors after compiling 133 points and a team-high 77 assists.
Sophomore goalie
Emily Riddle (Edmonton, Alberta/ Dr. E.P. Scarlett) was the driving force on the Seahawks defense as she earned MAAC Defensive Player of the Year honors. The Edmonton native totaled 212 saves while posting a goals against average of 7.84.
This the second straight year that the Green & White have faced-off with the victor of the CWPA in the NCAA Play-In Game. Last season the Seahawks dropped an 11-6 game to Indiana.
Scouting PrincetonThe Tigers offense is led by Ashley Hatcher who has found the back of the net for 78 goals while dishing out 21 assists and Jessie Holechek who has registered 84 points.
The Tigers have a balanced attack as no member of the team has compiled 100 points on the season on their way to scoring 11.5 goals per contest.
The Tigers are led by goalie Ashleigh Johnson who has accumulated 270 saves on the season.
