South Bronx, NY – Junior Nicole Bell (Branchville, NJ/ Sussex County Technical) placed seventh at the Metropolitan Championship to lead the Seahawks.

Bell crossed the finish line of the Women's 5 Kilometers (3.11 miles) with a mark of 19:21.3 to pace the Green & White to an eighth place finish in the Metropolitan Championship as Rutgers claimed first place.

Senior Danielle Iacampo (Staten Island, NY/ St. John Villa) crossed the finish 44^th recording a time of 20:39.9 while fellow senior Laynee Viniotis (Bellevue, WA/ Sammish) recorded a mark of 21:25.6.
 
Sophomore Maria Scalici (Staten Island, NY/ Susan E. Wagner) came in 78th with a time of 21:55.2 followed by junior Brietta Wilson (Neptune, NJ/ Neptune) who placed 93th with a time 22:46.9.

The Green & White are back in action on October 23 as they will compete in the Central Connecticut Mini Meet.
