  • Classmate JoJo Cooper (Wilmington, DE/Concord) added 13 points to go along with four assists in 28 minutes of play, while yet another promising frosh, Corey Henson (Upper Marlboro, MD/DeMatha Catholic), tossed in 11.
  • Senior guard Marcus Burton (Charlotte, NC/David W. Butler) was the fourth Seahawk in double figures, finishing with 10 points,  marking the sixth straight double-digit scoring game for the 6-0 sharp-shooter and 36th of his career.

SCOUTING THE BEARCATS…
  • Cincinnati is coming off a 68-47 home setback to VCU on Saturday. UC was led by Octavius Ellis, who scored 12 points to go with seven rebounds, three blocks and two steals. Deshaun Morman, Jermaine Sanders and Farad Cobb had seven points apiece. Shaq Thomas accounted for six points and a game-high nine rebounds.
