Staten Island, NY – After playing the first two games away from the Spiro Sports Center, the Wagner College Seahawks welcome SUNY Old Westbury to the Spiro Sports Center in the first-ever meeting between the schools tonight at 7:00 pm.

WAGNER VS. SUNY OLD WESTBURY – ALL-TIME SERIES- Tonight is the first-ever meeting between the Seahawks and the Division III Panthers
- This evening's contest marks the second straight year that the Seahawks are hosting a non-Division I member
- Wagner defeated Chestnut Hill, a Division II opponent, 75-67, in its 2013-2014 home opener
WAGNER ALL-TIME AGAINST THE SKYLINE CONFERENCE- The Seahawks are 1-0 all-time against members of the Skyline Conference as Wagner defeated Mount St. Mary's (NY), 76-70, on January 17, 1989.
SCOUTING WAGNER- Despite a late comeback effort, the Wagner College men's basketball team dropped a 70-56 decision to the Columbia University Lions on Tuesday evening at Levien Gymnasium.
- Freshman Corey Henson (Upper Marlboro, MD/DeMatha Catholic) scored 11 of his team-leading 15 points in the first half as the 6-3 swingman finished the contest shooting 6-of-12 from the field in 29 minutes of action.
- Senior guard Marcus Burton (Charlotte, NC/David W. Butler) and 6-10 sophomore forward Nolan Long (Waterford, CT/South Kent Prep) finished with eight points apiece in the contest.
SCOUTING SUNY OLD WESTBURY- The Panthers return six letterwinners from last year's squad and welcome nine newcomers
- Last season, Old Westbury registered an overall record of 15-13 and went 10-8 in conference play
- They advanced to the Skyline Conference Championship Tournament semifinals before making its second straight appearance in the ECAC Metro Region Championship Tournament.
- The Panthers are led by Omari Trebuse and Mark Gjonlekaj, who are both averaging 12.0 points per game
- Old Westbury was defeated by John Jay College, 76-67, in the consolation game of the NYU Tip-Off Tournament.
NEXT UP: WAGNER @ HOFSTRA- The Seahawks will hit the road once again when they travel to Hempstead, NY to tangle with the Hofstra University Pride of the Colonial Athletic Association on Sunday, November 23
- Tip-off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
- Hofstra leads the head-to-head series, 33-19
- The Seahawks will look for their second straight victory over the Pride, last defeating Hofstra, 52-44, back on December 4, 2012 on Long Island
