WAGNER VS. COLUMBIA - ALL-TIME SERIES- Columbia holds a 12-4 edge in the all-time series
- This series first started on January 5, 1928 where the Lions defeated the Seahawks, 37-31 at Columbia
- The Seahawks are looking to snap a five-game losing streak against the Lions, with the last victory fo Wagner over Columbia coming by an 83-71 count at home on December 6, 2005.

WAGNER ALL-TIME AGAINST THE IVY LEAGUE- The Green & White are one game under .500, holding a 23-24 all-time record against members of the Ivy League.
- Tonight's contest with the Lions is the first of two scheduled meetings against teams from the Ivy League as the Seahawks host the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday, November 29 at the Spiro Sports Center
SCOUTING WAGNER- Wagner was downed at Maryland, 82-48, on Nov. 14 in College Park.
- Sophomore forward Nolan Long was the only player in double-figures for the Seahawks, netting 13 points in 17 minutes off the bench.
- Last year, Wagner posted a 19-12 overall and went 12-4 during league play.
- The Seahawks were stingy defensively and were ranked fourth
nationally in blocks per game (6.5), 12th in field goal percentage defense (.391) and 14th in three-point field goal percentage defense (.300).
SCOUTING COLUMBIA- Columbia returns 12 players and four starters from its 21-win squad in 2013-14, including Maodo Lo, a Second-Team All-Ivy League selection last season
- One key subtraction for the Lions is Alex Rosenberg, who injured his foot during the preseason and is not currently enrolled at the University. Rosenberg was a First-Team All-Ivy League selection in 2013-2014 after averaging 16.0 points per game.
- The Lions, like Wagner, are looking for their first win of the season after Columbia dropped a heartbreaking, 57-56, decision at Stony Brook on Friday evening.
- Three Lions finished in double-figures vs. the Seawolves, led by Lo, who scored a team-high 19 points on 7-of-16 shooting in 37 minutes of action. Chris McComber tallied 13 points while teammate Steve Frankoski chipped in 11 points off the bench, on 4-of-8 shooting from the floor, which included three trifectas.
NEXT UP: WAGNER VS. SUNY Old Westbury- After spending the first two games away from the Spiro Sports Center, the Seahawks will have their home opener on Thursday, November 20 when they welcome Skyline conference member, SUNY Old Westbury.
