Staten Island, NY - Sophomore Nikki Arnold (Bethlehem, PA / Liberty) picked up her first win of the year but it was not enough as the Seahawk women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Lafayette in non-league tennis at the Wagner Courts.

Arnold defeated Emily DeLuca 6-4, 1-6 and 11-9 at No. 1 single action. The rest of the Green & White would not be as fortunate, dropping the other five singes' matches and three doubles' matches.

Wagner returns to action on Saturday, September 25 when the Seahawks host St. Francis (NY).
