Riverside, CA – The Wagner College Women's Water Polo team improved to 7-8 overall with two victories in the final day of the Lancer Invite on Saturday. The Seahawks started the day with a 9-6 win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and wrapped up their west coast tour with a victory over Fresno Pacific University, 11-4.

Seven different Seahawks found the back of the net against Claremont, including senior
Alexandra Tomlinson (Telford, PA/Souderton), who continued her offensive hot streak with three goals against in game one. Senior
Nicole Maichrowicz (Temple City, CA/Temple City) added the eventual game winner with a marker with 3:30 remaining in the second period.

Junior
Kelsey Rodgers (Anaheim Hills, CA/Fullerton JC) finished with eight saves, including five first-period stops as the Seahawks defense held Claremont to just two first–half goals.
FRESNO PACIFIC BOXSCORE
Wagner cruised to victory over Fresno Pacific in game two with five unanswered goals in the third period. Leading the charge once again for the Seahawks was Tomlinson, who scored both of her goals during Wagner's late run.
Rebecca Hannings (Lansdale, PA/North Penn), Olguin and Giles contributed with two goals apiece, as well.
