THE COACHES...
Wagner College head coach Mike Deane enters his 25th season as a head coach and his sixth as the head man of the Seahawks. He holds an overall coaching mark of 416-294, having eclipsed the 400-win plateau last season. His 416 wins entering the season rank 27th among all active coaches. In his five seasons at Wagner, Deane is 74-74, having guided Wagner to a 23-8 record last season, setting the school-record for winsin a season. John Dunne enters his third season at the helm of the Peacocks. The Peacocks were 6-24 last season and have a fresh set of faces on this year's roster. He and his staff have brought in a recruiting class of six that will make an impact on the program. Two of the freshman are from the Philadelphia area, while the other four are North Jersey products. Dunne came to Saint Peter's after serving as an assistant coach for Louis Orr at Seton Hall for five seasons.
