Fairfield, CT – Senior
Brecken Drager (Loomis, CA/Del Oro) took second place at the Central Connecticut University Mini-Meet as the Wagner women's cross country team took seventh place out of 14 teams.
Drager obliterated the two mile course with a time of 11:12 while only trailing Boston University's Sarah Mosser by only three seconds. Her performance was also the top out of Northeast Conference (NEC) runners by 23 seconds.

Samantha Snukis (St. Clair, PA/Nativity BVM) who took 29th with a time of 11:55 and senior
Ashley Mallen (Staten Island, NY/St. John Villa) clocking in a time of 12:12, good for 47th. Freshman
Kaela Townsend (Los Gatos, CALos Gatos) put her legs to work for her second collegiate race as she took 54th with a time of 12:18.
Junior
Jenna Naglieri (Stony Point, NY/North Rockland) followed close behind with a time of 12:22, good for 58th while junior
Nicole Panik (Staten Island, NY/St. John Villa) and senior
Ryan Rogers (Islip, NY/Islip) closed out the Seahawk pack with times of 13:06 and 13:33, respectively.
