Seahawks Fall to FDU, 3-0

Teaneck, NJ- The Wagner College women's soccer team dropped a Northeast Conference (NEC) game this afternoon, faltering to the Knights of Fairleigh Dickinson (5-7-0, 2-1-0 NEC) by a 3-0 score at a slightly breeze University Field.

The Knights put their first score on the board in the 15th minute when Jennifer Arceneaux deposited a goal off a crossing pass. Four minutes later the Knights extended their lead to 2-0 when Lora Lehr cashed in a goal from inside the box.

Only second into the second half the Knights Lora Lehr tallied one last goal as the game ended 3-0.

In goal, Senior Leslie Reed (Indian Harbour Beach, FL/ Satellite) recorded six save.

The Seahawks (2-7-3, 0-2-0 NEC) return to action Sunday October, 12 when they travel to Fairfield, CT to face the Pioneers of Sacred Heart University. Start time is set for 2 pm.
