Wagner College Athletics

Ryan Rosa joined the Wagner College Athletics Media Relations Department in July 2024 as a Media Relations Graduate Assistant. He was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Media Relations in December 2024. In his role, Rosa serves as the primary media contact for football, men's basketball, women's soccer, and triathlon.

While at Wagner, Rosa has served as the primary media contact for several sports, including women’s basketball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country and track & field, men’s water polo, and the 2025 MAAC Champion women’s water polo program.

Prior to his arrival on Grymes Hill, Rosa served as the Sports Information Intern at Alfred State. He was tasked with creating graphics, managing social media accounts, publishing game recaps and directing and producing The One-Ten Punch Podcast.

A native of Middletown, NY, Rosa was a 5-year member and 3-year captain on the men's basketball team at Alfred State, where he graduated in May 2024 with a degree in sport management. Rosa will also be pursuing an MBA while at Wagner. 

While in school, he spent two seasons working for the Buffalo Bills in Guest Services and also volunteered at the 2024 NCAA Womens's Basketball Final Four.
