Lucas Cotronakis joined the Wagner men’s basketball staff in the summer of 2025.
Before arriving on Grymes Hill, Cotronakis served as the Head Manager for the Seton Hall University men’s basketball program. In that role, he supervised a team of 12 managers and oversaw daily operations including game day preparations, practices, workouts, and player development. He also assisted with video editing, scouting, and statistical charting for both games and practices.
Cotronakis began his tenure with the Pirates as a Student Manager in 2021, supporting the program through equipment management, practice and travel preparation, and film editing with Synergy Sports. He also gained additional basketball experience as an instructor at Florida Atlantic University’s Dusty May Basketball Camp and Marquette University’s Shaka Smart Basketball Camp, where he worked with NCAA Division I athletes and staff in both on-court instruction and classroom settings.
A native of Juno Beach, Florida, Cotronakis earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seton Hall University in 2025.
