Lillian Wilson

Lillian Wilson joined the Wagner College Sports Medicine Department in July 2026.

Wilson arrives at Wagner following clinical experiences at Yale University, the University of New Haven, Fairfield University and Wilton High School, bringing experience with collegiate and high school student-athletes across a variety of sports.

At Yale, Wilson worked primarily with the men's ice hockey, men's heavyweight crew and football programs, focusing on injury evaluation, rehabilitation and daily athletic training responsibilities.

During her time at the University of New Haven, Wilson covered football practices and games while contributing to injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

At Fairfield, Wilson worked with the women's basketball, men's rowing and women's soccer teams, overseeing injury care, rehabilitation and daily treatment while traveling with the women's basketball team during its NCAA Tournament appearance.

Wilson also gained experience at Wilton High School, covering multiple varsity sports while handling injury evaluation, emergency care and communication with athletes, coaches and parents.

Prior to her clinical education, Wilson completed a strength and conditioning internship at the University of New Haven, contributing to training program implementation, performance testing and the day-to-day operations of the department.

Wilson earned both her Master of Science in Athletic Training and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University. While at Sacred Heart, she minored in psychology and was a member of the women's rowing program.
