Jack Freed

Jack Freed joined the Wagner College Sports Performance Department in June 2026.

A 2025 graduate of Montclair State University, Freed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.

Freed spent the spring of 2026 as a football Strength and Conditioning Intern at the University of Mississippi working with over 100 student-athletes using software such as Catapult GPS and VALD Force Plates. Freed also worked as Group Performance Coach at Body Fit Training leading training sessions following 8-10 week programming blocks.

While at Montclair State, Freed served as a Strength and Conditioning intern during his final semester working with multiple teams assisting in training sessions and reinforcing proper lifting techniques. Freed was also a three-year starter on the offensive line at Montclair State.
