Elliot McPhelim joined the Wagner women’s soccer coaching staff ahead of the 2026 season.
McPhelim arrives on Grymes Hill following three seasons as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer program at Saint Peter’s, contributing to strategic planning and team training.
Prior to his time with the Peacocks, McPhelim served as an assistant coach at Bloomfield College, helping design individualized training programs while assisting with opponent scouting and match preparation.
McPhelim also currently serves as the Zone 1 Director for SFL Club in Roseland, New Jersey, where he has led three teams in the Elite Development Program (EDP) while overseeing more than 200 players and 10 staff members.
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, McPhelim earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland, where he also played collegiate soccer at Scotland’s highest university level.
McPhelim holds a U.S. Soccer B Coaching License, a Scottish Football Association Level 3 Badge, and United Soccer Coaches Level 2 diplomas in Goalkeeping and Futsal.
