Dolita Awala-Shaw joins the Wagner track and field staff in the fall of 2025 to work primarily with the program's sprinters.
A graduate of Brigham Young University in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Advertising, Awala-Shaw was also a member of the University's track and field team from Jan 2021 through May 2024.
Off the track, Awala-Shaw has worked in both marketing and communication settings, most recently as a marketing consultant with the Onyx Agency. Prior to that position, Awala-Shaw also worked with Movara Designs and JD Sports Fashion in graphic design and marketing, developing designs and campaigns to grow each brand.
