2016-17 (FR) Indoor Track & Field Had two top-ten performances in the 60m during the season, finishing sixth at the 2017 Lehigh John Covert Classic (January 28), crossing the finish line at 8.07… Set a personal-best in the event during the preliminary round of the Penn 8-Team Select (January 21), when she crossed the finish line at 7.97… Competed in the 200m at the Penn 8-Team Select, coming in with a finals time of 27.07… Was part of the 1600 SMR along with Taylor Davis, Halima Diawara and Brietta Wilson that set a new school record at the Seahawk Shootout (December 9), crossing the finish line in second place with a time of 4:17.00… Had five top-20 finishes in the long jump… Finished a season-best third at the Seahawk Shootout with a leap of 4.95m… Set a new personal indoor-best with a jump of 5.22m, set at the 2017 METS Indoor Track & Field Championships (February 2-3)… Had three top-15 showings in the triple jump, highlighted by a top-ten finish at the Ramapo College Season Opener (January 13), in which she cleared 10.60m… A week earlier, set a season-best 10.83m at the Wagner Invite (January 6), placing among the top-15 performers… Outdoor Track & Field Ran her best time in the 100m during the preliminary round of at the 2017 METS Outdoor Track & Field Championships (April 14-15), clocking in at 12.93… Cleared a season-best 5.38m in the long jump at the 2017 TCNJ Invitational (April 8), finishing fifth overall… Placed tenth at the 2017 Northeast Conference (NEC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-7) in the event… Finished among the top-15 in the triple jump, soaring a personal-best 10.54m at the 2017 NEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships…Part of the 4x100 squad that took fourth at the 2017 Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21-22) with a time of 47.70… At the Wagner Quad (April 19), was part of the 4x200 that took first, along with Shavel Brown, Kenya Hyman and Florina Jajaga.

Before Wagner: As a member of the track & field program at News Brunswick High School, under the direction of coach Conger, she was served as team captain while garnering both winter and spring MVP Track honors... A GMC Division All-Star team for both the indoor and outdoor season, she finished second among all athletes in the 100m, the long jump and third in the triple jump... Finished 13th in the state of New Jersey in the 55m... Set a new school-record in the triple jump (37' 10.25), long jump (17' 9.25) and 100m (12.24)... Was also a varsity cheerleader for the Zebras... Creator and founder of the New Brunswick High School Dance Company...Daughter of Frances Lawson-Howard and Robert Howard.
